Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Abobaker Mohammadi, trading as abobakerbuilds (“we”) for use of the Candleling learning platform. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Candleling provides gamified education about markets and trading using interactive lessons, charts and a paper-trading simulator. Everything in the product is educational and simulated. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial planner. We never execute real trades and never hold client money.

2. Not financial advice

• All content — including lessons, feedback, scenarios and statistics — is general educational material.
• Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any real security, currency or derivative.
• Simulated outcomes use synthetic illustrations. Past performance does not predict future performance.
• Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss; only you (with qualified professional advice if needed) can make decisions about your own money.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old (or older where required locally).
• Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You may not share accounts, scrape at scale, attempt to manipulate leaderboards, XP or leagues through automation, or reverse-engineer protections.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat the economy, harass others or breach these terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Core learning is free. Premium is offered on the pricing page with the cycle you select.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Settings → Upgrade; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices may change with prior notice; changes never apply mid-period.
• Where required by law you may request refunds within statutory windows.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, curriculum, charts, code and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for learning. You keep ownership of anything you write in your journal.

6. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the service available and correct, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features, content and leagues may evolve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or losses arising from decisions you make in real life. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. gross negligence or willful misconduct).

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate access for material breaches. Sections that should survive termination (IP, liability, dispute resolution) do so.

9. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
