These terms are an agreement between you and Abobaker Mohammadi, trading as abobakerbuilds (“we”) for using Cheapest. By using the app you accept them.

What is Cheapest?

Cheapest is a tool that shows you where flights may be cheapest. We are not an airline or a travel agent. We do not sell tickets, take payments or make bookings.

Are the prices live?

• No. Prices come from recent searches by other travellers and are usually a few days old.
• The price on the booking site can be higher, or the seat can be gone. Always check the final price there before you pay.
• Arrival times and layovers are estimates and are shown as “about”.

What is a two-ticket trip, and what are the risks?

Some cheap trips combine two separate tickets, for example one flight to a hub and another onward. These are not one booking, so:

• If the first flight is late or cancelled, the airline is not responsible for your second flight and you may lose it without a refund.
• You may have to collect and re-check your bags, and you may need a transit visa. Checking entry and visa rules is your responsibility.
• Cheapest shows these risks, but it is not legal, visa or travel advice.

Who do I book with, and who handles problems?

You book on the partner’s website (for example Aviasales and the airlines or agencies it lists), under their terms. We are not a party to that booking. Changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints go to them or to the airline. We cannot give refunds for bookings.

Do you earn money from bookings?

Yes. We may earn a commission when you book through our links. It does not add anything to the price you pay.

What are the rules for using the app?

Do not misuse Cheapest, overload or attack our service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer it. We may block use that harms the service or other people.

Is the service guaranteed?

Cheapest is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service or that any price will be available.

What are we not liable for?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for price differences, missed connections, unavailable fares or bookings you make on other websites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Who can use Cheapest?

Cheapest is not directed at children under 13.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
